The aroma is strong and distinctive, so allow adequate ventilation between sessions.  

For respiratory there are many methods of but all work best by breathing it in, such as adding to a bowl of hot water and trapping the steam with a towel over the head, chest ointments or a diffuser.  The use of a diffuser also kills off unhealthy elements in the room, helping to protect other members of the family.

Blends well with: pine, cypress, cedarwood, lemon, and thyme. Use sparingly with rosemary, lavender, peppermint, bergamot or lime.
