Directions: Apply 1-2 drops of on back of neck/base of skull, behind the ears and bottoms of feet. Palm inhalation or 4-5 drops in a diffuser. Always dilute with a carrier oil (almond oil, jojoba oil, olive oil, apricot oil, coconut oil, or grapeseed oil) for topical use.
